Once you have registered for our course, we hope you get the best experience with us. However, in case of any inconvenience, if a course cancellation takes place, the following refund policy will be followed.
- The registration period is valid for one month prior to the deadline date. Once you register for a course, 40% of the payment will be procured on the same day.
- On the first day on training, the remaining 60% of the fees has to be paid.
- If you decide to opt out of the course, before attending a single class, 30% of payment will be returned for your convenience.
- However, once the course/training has started and you tend to opt out, in that case no return is applicable, as a seat will already be booked under your name and cannot be cancelled.
- In any case, if a training course is halted, or cancelled by the company, 100% fees will be refunded to the delegate.
